04Questions
What people ask first.
- When do I get paid?
- Once you have earned $50 or more. Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the invoice, and when your payable balance reaches $50 the next monthly payout includes it, by PayPal or bank transfer.
- What currency am I paid in?
- US dollars. Customers pay in their own currency, and each commission is converted to dollars when it is earned, using Pabbel's own price list rather than a market rate. Your balance, the $50 minimum and every payout are in USD, so one number is always the whole story.
- How long do I earn from one customer?
- 12 months from their first payment, on every payment they make in that time. Tax is excluded, and invoices of zero earn nothing.
- What if a customer gets a refund?
- The commission on that payment is reversed in proportion. If it was already paid to you, it comes off your next earnings rather than being lost.
- Who can join?
- YouTubers and other creators with a real audience. You apply with your channel link, and an admin approves or declines each application by hand.
- Can I use my own code?
- No. A partner cannot earn from themselves, and a purchase by your own account or your recovery email is refused automatically.
- Do I have to tell my audience?
- Yes. Say clearly that it is a paid partnership wherever you share your link. It is in the terms, and in many countries it is the law.
