Pabbel Partners terms

These terms apply when you join the Pabbel Partners programme. They sit alongside the Pabbel terms of service, which still apply to your account.
Joining
You apply with your channel link. We approve, decline or suspend applications by hand, and we can set a different rate for an individual partner.
You need a Pabbel account in good standing. Your account is yours alone: you may not share it or transfer your partnership.
What you earn
You earn 15% of what a customer you referred actually pays, excluding tax, for 12 months from their first payment, unless we have agreed a different rate with you.
Your audience gets 10% off their first 3 months, or 10% off the first year's invoice on a yearly plan.
A customer is yours when they subscribe through your link or with your code. If several partners' links are used, the last link clicked counts.
Customers pay in their own currency, and commission is worked out on what they paid in it. Each commission is then converted to US dollars when it is recorded, using Pabbel's own prices for that plan and billing period rather than a market rate. That dollar amount is final and does not move with exchange rates.
Refunds
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the invoice. Commissions are reversed in proportion, in US dollars, when a payment is refunded or credited.
If a reversed commission had already been paid to you, the amount goes on your balance as a negative and comes off your future earnings.
Payouts
We pay in US dollars, by hand each month, by PayPal or bank transfer. You are paid only once you have earned USD 50 or more: your payable balance must be at least USD 50, and any balance below that carries over.
You are responsible for giving us correct payout details, and for any tax due on what you earn.
Disclosure
You must tell your audience clearly that you are paid for recommending Pabbel, wherever you share your link or code, in a way they will actually notice. This is required by these terms and by consumer protection law in many countries.
What you may not do
No self-referral. You cannot earn from your own subscription or from another account you control. Purchases matching your account or recovery email are refused automatically.
No bidding on the Pabbel brand. Do not buy search or social ads on Pabbel, or on misspellings of it, and do not run ads that send people straight to your link.
No spam. Do not send your link in unsolicited messages, comment floods, or anywhere the rules of that place forbid it.
No misleading claims. Do not promise features, prices or privacy guarantees that Pabbel does not make, and do not pretend to be Pabbel.
Ending the programme
You can leave at any time. We can suspend or end your partnership if you break these terms, and we may withhold commissions earned by breaking them.
Pabbel can change or end the programme. We will give notice here first, and commissions already payable under these terms will still be paid.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version date above changes when we do, and staying in the programme after that means you accept the update.
